Welcome to Project: HOPE of Franklin County, a new non-profit initiative to bring hope and healing for women with children who need a safe place to recover from substance abuse, domestic violence and poverty.
I'm Tara, the founder of Project HOPE. My husband and I started Project HOPE in an effort to meet a deep need we saw in our community. What started as just a dream and a nudge from God has blossomed into more than we could have ever imagined.
